Social Media Peer Pressure?

OK, in social media I see surveys all the time but now …. peer pressure.  Look at the two sites below:

Judge: Go Try It On

image Marry judgment with social media, Go provides social style feedback for anyone willing to upload a photo of themselves in an outfit, allowing other users to give a thumbs-up/-down and even post specific comments, though no matter what you say they’re probably going to try on, like, five more pairs of jeans and make you late anyways.

Make fun to your heart’s delight at GoTryItOn.com

Share: Eat.ly

image Does ‘data + pictures = positive change’? Eat.ly invites you to publicly track your meals with photos, comment on other users’ dining habits, and rate the health factor of your own feasting.  I give myself five stars!

Free organize tool

I fight a constant battle to stay organized. I love time saving tools that help me get the job done quickly.

findanything_art_global One of the biggest time savers for me was to connect my iPhone to our exchange server. Now if I review my email on the phone, what I delete or put into folders is done on my desktop and laptop. My calendar is synced too.

But email is cumbersome to use for project notes. Today I found a free program that helps me to remember things using my computer, phone, and the web. Chances are, if you can see it or think of it, this gem can help you remember it. Type a text note. Clip a web page. Add a PDF. Snap a photo. Grab a screenshot. It’s safe, organized and you will find things fast. It’s called Evernote.
